Headquartered in Chicago, Kroeschell is a leading contractor of design-build mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering solutions for Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, universities and the U.S. government. Kroeschell designs, constructs, services and operates the advanced equipment found in today’s most complex environments.
CEO Barry Klassy joined Kroeschell in 1997 and cut his teeth on custom MEP retrofit projects. He has developed a specialization in fast track design/build MEP projects. Barry graduated from The Harvard of the Midwest—The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (I-L-L. . .) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering is also a licensed PE.
Dave Stavropoulos (stav-ROH-puh-luhs) Kroeschell's COO & Executive Vice President/Corporate Risk Manager. Dave joined the firm in 1993 and is responsible for procurement and negotiation of all related business insurance, alternative risk financing, claims management, and litigation. Dave graduated from Northern Illinois University and earned his MBA with Hartmann at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
