The Bradley Hartmann & Co. and a team of founders created The OSR Academy in response to the retiring baby boomer demographic and the need to develop sales talent to replace them. The lack of training programs to prepare sales professionals for the future was identified as a problem.
The OSR Academy is a unique sales program focused on the LBM (Lumber and Building Materials) industry, offering blended learning with custom content, tools, and case studies. The program includes live trainings and guest lectures that apply real-world scenarios for immediate impact. The goal of the program is to transform sales rookies into sales pros within 12 months.
The success of Cohort I led to the decision to launch Cohort II.
